Our services are results-driven — but results also depend on the client’s involvement, responsiveness, and fulfillment of their responsibilities. For that reason, we’ve outlined a clear refund policy below.


1. No Refunds on Completed or In-Progress Work

Due to the customized nature of our services and the time invested into strategy, content creation, platform setup, and campaign execution, all sales are final once work has begun.

This applies to:

  • Email marketing setup packages

  • Campaign creation and launch management

  • Lead magnet and opt-in funnel development

  • Monthly newsletter and content services

We dedicate time, strategy, and creative resources tailored to each client, which makes refunds impractical after kickoff.


2. Shared Responsibility for Results

While we bring proven strategies, expert execution, and hands-on campaign management, your success also depends on your role as the client. This includes:

  • Providing timely access to required tools and platforms

  • Supplying brand assets (logos, product info, etc.) when requested

  • Responding to content drafts and approvals promptly

  • Following through on strategy recommendations and timelines

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may affect results. In such cases, Thriving Inbox is not liable for underperformance caused by delayed responses, missing information, or lack of collaboration.


3. Commitment to Client Satisfaction

We aim to deliver excellent work and a smooth experience. If you’re unhappy at any point in the process, we strongly encourage you to contact us so we can address your concerns and find a solution:

We may, at our sole discretion, offer service credits or partial adjustments depending on the situation and progress of the project — but this is not guaranteed and does not constitute a formal refund policy.


4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy and will be considered a breach of agreement. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and present evidence of work completed and communications with the client.


5. Canceling Ongoing Monthly Services

For ongoing monthly services (e.g., newsletter creation or campaign management):

  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • To cancel, email us at support@thrivinginbox.com at least 3 days before your renewal date.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a current billing cycle.
